One Voice - action for disability
This page is a resource for Disabled People, the One Voice Access Group, and other people interested in accessible environments.
The built environment is one of the major things that disables us.
One Voice is committed to working to improve the physical environment for all disabled people.
We do this by talking to architects and planners, working with Disabled People's Champion Councillor Rowley, on the Disability Access Partnership, doing access audits, holding public meetings on access issues, and having regular access meetings with other disabled people at the One Voice access group.
If you are a disabled person interested in helping to make the environment more accessible, why not join us?
Email us to join or find out more.
