I'm not a wheelchair user, so I can't tell you about this site from personal experience, but it claims to be an independent guide on wheelchairs, scooters and accessories, and it does have lots of information

It also has links to British sites that sell these products - I don't know if they are paid for ads, you'll have to check it out for yourself
