This page will help you to decide which disability benefit you should claim.

Incapacity Benefit, due to be phased out by 2008, is for people unable to work due to incapacity.If you are in employment but on low pay, you may be eligible for a Tax Credit

If you require help with bodily finctions or require supervision for substantial periods, or if you cannot cook a main meal for yourself, you may be eligible for DLA Care if you are under 65, or if you are over 65, Attendance Allowance
If you need help with mobility, you may be eligible for DLA mobility, also, take a look at the transport page

If you have been turned down for a disability benefit, or have had your benefit removed, you may want to take your case to a tribunal.
